Terry’s journey began on the family farm, where he cultivated a deep passion for agriculture. While overseeing the growth of Aberhart Farms, he has founded, co-founded and partnered with businesses all aiming to drive innovation and sustainability in agriculture, food, and health.

A long-standing board member of Farm Management Canada, Terry has embraced Strategic Coach and EOS to advance his leadership and expand his ventures. Supported by his wife and their six children, he currently operates Aberhart Farms, a 20,000-acre grain farm that integrates new technologies to shape agriculture’s future. Throughout it all, Terry’s dedication to family, community, and an abundant agricultural future shines.
