Dr. Miles Dyck is a Professor of Soil Science at the University of Alberta, researching the impacts of agricultural management on soil and crop health, and teaching courses in soil physics, and soil formation. Growing up on the family farm near Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Dr. Dyck developed an intense curiosity about soils and an appreciation for the hard work required to run a farm.
