Nicolea is a third-generation farmer working alongside her dad, and brother on their family farm near Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. She has a Bachelor of Science in agronomy from the University of Manitoba and spent several years working in the industry before returning to the family farm full time. Nicolea brought her passion for research and agronomy to the Manitoba Canola Growers when she joined the board as a director in 2020. Nicolea is proud to work on behalf of Manitoba farmers to ensure that farmers have the right tools and opportunities to make the best decisions for their farms.
