Adoption of VRT-fertilizer is low while at the same time the technology is available on most if not all of the seeding equipment sold over the last decade or so. Implementation of VR-fertilizer takes significant effort but is it worthwhile? Much of it depends on the variability of the fields, cost of implementation and price of fertilizer. We will be exploring the different variables and how they impact the financial return on VR-fertilizer.
